Turn your jobs into optimised routes.

Routevance is built for companies that send technicians to their customers. It plans the route of every technician, suggests who should take the requests nobody has picked up yet, and follows each job until the customer signs and the certificate goes out. Your dispatcher makes the calls; the system does the arithmetic.

The Free plan never expires and covers a team of up to 3 technicians.

For companies whose work happens on the customer’s site

Routevance suits companies and networks that plan dozens or hundreds of jobs a day across several teams of technicians. It starts with service types, checklists and promised times already set up for your sector; you adjust the times yourself.

  • Auto glass and ADAS

Glass replacement and repair, with calibration handed only to certified technicians.

  • Installation and maintenance

Home visits inside the time windows agreed with the customer.

  • Utilities

System checks and planned work in the field.

Where time and margin leak away

  • Routes built by hand

Every morning a spreadsheet, a map and the phone to decide who goes where. It works as long as the one person who knows how is in the office.

  • Wasted miles

Stops visited in the order they came in: more driving and fewer jobs in a day.

  • The wrong technician

A job that needs ADAS calibration given to someone without the certification. Workloads uneven across teams.

  • Requests left waiting

Work comes in from the ERP or over the phone, nobody assigns it straight away, and the deadline gets closer.

  • The day changes, the plan doesn’t

A delay, a job finished early: by noon the route written in the morning no longer holds.

  • Customer in the dark, no proof of work

No arrival time, photos and signatures scattered or missing: calls to the switchboard and disputes later.

From request to road in four steps

  1. 1

    Intake

Jobs arrive from your ERP through the API, from a CSV file or from a form. Addresses are checked and geocoded.

  2. 2

    Assignment

For every request without a technician, one click and Routevance suggests a technician and a day based on the routes already planned. Your dispatcher accepts or changes it.

  3. 3

    Optimisation

Each route takes into account Google distances and traffic, time windows, shift length and skills.

  4. 4

    Execution

The technician works from the app. When something changes, Routevance suggests a new route, starting from their position when it is recent.

What it does for each role

A request queue where every job gets a technician and a day in one click.

For each queued request, Routevance suggests a technician and a day based on the real cost of fitting the job into a route. During the day, if a technician finishes early, reports a delay or skips a stop, it suggests a new route, starting from their position when it is recent.

  • The dispatcher confirms the new route. If you want, it applies automatically, as long as it moves the end of the day by no more than the number of minutes you set.
  • A job that needs ADAS calibration only goes to certified technicians, reassignments included.
  • Working hours, working days and starting from home or from the branch are set per branch and per technician.
  • After five jobs of the same type, the expected duration comes from the ones already done instead of a fixed estimate.

The technician app works without signal too.

From their phone, technicians see the day’s plan, open navigation, fill in the checklist before the job, take before and after photos and collect the customer’s signature on screen. Status, checklist, photos and completion wait in a queue on the phone and go out when the connection is back.

  • Push notifications reach dispatchers and technicians even when the app is closed.
  • Monday to Friday at 7:30, anyone with a plan and notifications turned on gets a summary of the day.
  • One tap prepares the SMS or WhatsApp message to the customer with the arrival time and, on Pro and Business, the tracking link.

Customers know when you’ll arrive and get proof of the work done.

When the job is done, a PDF certificate with photos and signature is generated and emailed to the customer if the job includes their email address. On Pro and Business the customer also follows the technician from a public link, without signing up, and leaves a rating and a comment on that page, which feed into the technician’s performance.

Connected to your ERP, with SLAs and per-technician performance.

Each company has its own API keys. The same job sent twice is not duplicated, and your ERP gets a signed notification when a job is created through the API or by hand, when the technician arrives, when the work is completed and when plans are generated.

  • SLA monitor: promised times defined by your company and the time left on every stop.
  • Per-technician performance: punctuality, duration by service type, completed and skipped, customer ratings.
  • Daily PDF report and export to CSV or to an Excel-compatible file.
  • Multiple branches, separate roles for admin, dispatcher and technician, data kept apart per company.

A request without a technician joins the queue, ready for a suggestion.

Technician location is recorded only during the shift.

Outside the shift, after the day is over or with no plan for today, the technician’s location is not recorded and any already stored is deleted. The dispatcher sees where technicians are while they work, not afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Is the application available in English?

Not yet. The application interface is in Italian today; this website and the AWS Marketplace listing are in English. The pages your customers see, the SMS text and the certificate are in Italian too.

How are Pro and Business paid for?

Payment goes through AWS and shows up on your company’s AWS bill, in US dollars, every month. The Free plan is activated by signing up on this website, with no purchase.

Can I start on Free and move to Pro later?

Yes. Buy the plan on AWS Marketplace, log in as an administrator and link the purchase to the account you already have: technicians, jobs and settings are untouched. If the subscription ends, the account goes back to Free and keeps its data, but the Pro and Business features switch off.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Dispatchers and administrators work in the browser. Technicians use a web app on their phone, which can be added to the home screen.

How do jobs get into Routevance?

From your ERP through the API, from a CSV file or by entering them by hand. If you prefer, SNJ Media Studio builds the ERP integration for you, quoted per project.

Does the end customer need an account to follow the technician?

No. On Pro and Business they get a public link with the estimated arrival time and, once the job is done, they rate it on the same page.
